I need a recipe for a tick repellent spray for dogs. I prefer natural products. I’ve been using Advantix on my dogs, and they still have ticks. We have the yard sprayed every month and still have ticks. I spend so much time going through their fur and checking their ears and toes, and they still have ticks. I shampoo them with a good flea and tick shampoo. These horrible parasites are so hard to get rid of and we have a long tick season here in Florida. Please, please something that works… Thanks in advance.

I want to protect her from those nasty bugs / moscitos in the yard during the summer.
She is on” Frontline plus” but that don’t bothers this little suckers.

I ‘m not asking for anything against fleas or ticks.

My dog is an indoor dog and the bugs /moscitos are only in the yard .

i have a new pool and dogs in my backyard and also mosquitos. does anybody has a good experience with organic insect repellents or yard treatments?

dog repellent that keeps dogs away, not that keeps insects away from dogs.preferably not too strong smelling since i want 2 use it inside as well as outside.also i dont want any recipes with mothballs; these could hurt the dog.

I recently talked to someone who said they spray ammonia (50/50 mix with water) around doors, windows, on decks, around the bottom of walls and on fences. They said they have no trouble with mosquitos, ants, blackflies, moths, spiders and even dogs. Has anyone had any experience with this?
